Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Unite Women’s Conference!

Vendor participation is intentionally limited to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our attendees and meaningful exposure for each vendor.

Vendor Registration Fee

$55.00

Includes the $50 vendor registration fee plus payment processing fees. Full payment is due upon registration.

If your application is not approved, your vendor registration fee will be fully refunded.

Vendor Availability

Only seven (8) vendor spaces are available for the 2026 conference:

• 6 General Vendor Spaces

• 2 Unite Reserved Spaces

Vendor participation is by approval only.

Vendor Space Includes

Each approved vendor will receive:

• One (1) 6-foot display table

• One (1) chair

• Approximately 7’ x 7’ of vendor space

• One (1) Admission to conference to include food

Vendors are welcome to personalize their booth within their assigned space. Please ensure all displays, signage, and merchandise remain within the designated space, nothing is to be hung on the walls.

Vendor Attendance Policy

Each vendor registration includes admission for one (1) vendor representative.

If you would like an additional person to assist at your booth, they must purchase a 2026 Unite Women’s Conference ticket and register as an attendee.

The Unite Team will review your application.

Step 4

Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with booth details, setup instructions, and additional conference information.

Please Note: Purchasing this registration and submitting an application does not guarantee vendor participation. Vendor space is confirmed only after you receive an approval email from the Unite Team. If your application is not approved, your registration fee will be refunded.

Event Schedule

Friday, September 11, 2026

3:00 PM

Doors will be open for vendor setup.

5:00 PM

Booths must be fully set up.

5:00 PM

The Unite Team will collect door prizes from each vendor.

5:30 PM

Conference doors open and the Vendor Marketplace begins.

Additional shopping opportunities during the conference will be communicated prior to the event.

Parking & Loading

Vehicles may temporarily park near the entrance while actively loading and unloading.

Once unloading is complete, all vehicles should be moved to the designated lower-level parking area.

Door Prize

Each vendor is asked to donate one door prize to be given away during the conference.

Door prizes will be collected from your booth at 5:00 PM on Friday.

Vendor Expectations

To create an exceptional experience for everyone, vendors are asked to:

• Please note: Vendor sales will take place during our designated shopping times, totaling approximately 2.5 hours throughout the event.

• Keep displays and merchandise within the boundaries of your assigned space.

• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• Leave your booth area clean at the conclusion of the event.

• Present merchandise that aligns with the mission and values of the Unite Women’s Conference.

The Unite Team reserves the right to decline or remove merchandise deemed inconsistent with the spirit of the conference.
